Shipment of the order is made within 1-2 weeks from receipt of confirmation of payment or credit card payment. Shipment is made from the city of Riga, Latvia by mail "Latvijas pasts". The duration of delivery is 5-15 days, depending on the distance. We also perform shipments with a courier service of your choice, which must be negotiated in advance.
The prepared parcel is dispatched to the address specified by the buyer . Each parcel is checked by us for careful packaging, quantity and quality of products before shipment.
Shop are not responsible for a lost parcel and do not refund money if the parcel was not insured and was lost due to the fault of the postal service!
