- meeting requirements of laws and regulations, related on providing information to the state authorities
3. Transferring of Personal data
- Personal data can be transferred to the 3rd parties unless that contradicts the applicable laws and regulations:
- to the state authorities, courts, sworn notaries and bailiffs
- to the marketing and advertising services providers, that are related to the customers orders processing
- to the delivery services providers, related to the products ordered in our web store
- to the financial, accounting and leasing services providers for the customers
In all cases Personal data can be transferred to the 3rd parties in the amounts, required for the processing of related services and actions.
4. Personal data processing and storing terms
Personal data of the customer should be stored and processed within the framework of the term specified in laws and regulations or until the aforementioned purposes of Personal data processing are accomplished.
Personal data should be stored as long as at least one of the criteria is met:
- Pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations SIA Art.I.G. PLUS or the customer may implement its legitimate interests (submit objections or claims, or to sustain petition at court)
- SIA Art.I.G. PLUS has legal obligation to store Personal data
- Customer’s consent for the relevant processing of Personal data is effective, unless there are other legal grounds for processing Personal data
If none of the criteria specified in this clause are met, Personal data should be deleted.

6. Rights of the Customer within the framework of Personal data processing
- The Customer shall be entitled to receive information relating to the purpose, legal grounds and form of Personal data processing, corrections, deletion or blocking of Personal data, Personal data source and other information pursuant to the laws and regulations.
- The Customer shall be entitled to request correction of his/her personal data, if these are inappropriate, incomplete or incorrect.
- The Customer shall be entitled to submit objections related to processing of his/her Personal data.
- The Customer shall be entitled to withdraw his/her consent to Personal data processing in such cases, when the consent is the grounds for processing of Personal data. Withdrawal of the consent shall not affect and terminate processing of the personal data, which is performed in accordance and/or based on other legal grounds.
- The Customer shall be entitled to demand deletion of his/her personal data, unless this contradicts the requirements of the laws. These rights shall not be effective if personal data, deletion of which has been demanded, are being processed in accordance with the requirements of the laws and regulations.
- Other rights specified in accordance with the Regulation.
7. Automated processing of Personal data
Automated processing of Personal data can be implemented for the purpose of development of commercial activities of the Operator, promotion of goods and services and marketing activities, improvement of functioning of the web store, and sending commercial notices on the purchasing habits of the Customer
